TUITION PAYMENT POLICY—THE FACTS PROGRAM 

Tuition Payment Options:

Payment Options

  1. Pay in full by June 1 or
  2. Pay ½ annual tuition by June 1 and the remainder by December 1, or
  3. Enroll in the FACTS® Tuition Management Service at www.factsmgt.com  Payments begin in August 2010. 
  4. Please note that you may pay in full for one child and utilize FACTS® for another.

 

Enrollment/Re-Enrollment

  1. The $150.00 Application Fee for new students must be submitted with the application.  The Book/Seat Fee for new students is due upon acceptance to the school.
  2. Returning students must reserve their spot by paying the registration by the date designated.
  3. All Application Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. There will be a $25 returned check fee for any check made payable to Santa Cruz that does not clear the bank.

FACTS® Tuition Management Service Overview

  1. There is an annual non-refundable $41 administrative fee for enrollment in the FACTS® program per family.  This fee will be added to your tuition collected by FACTS® – please do not make this payment to the school.
  2. Pay tuition over 10 months via personal check, money order, or automatic deduction.
  • Your enrollment form to FACTS® must be completed on line at www.factsmgt.com
  • All families not selecting the FACTS® tuition plan will be expected to make full direct payment to Santa Cruz no later than August 1. 

Tuition payments may be paid:

  1.     i n one lump sum or
  2.     via an automatic monthly draft from your bank account.  Accounts are drafted for 10 months –         August– May.

Tuition Delinquencies

  1. Written notice will be given 10 days after any tuition payment delinquency.
  2. Delinquency amount  must be paid by credit card, money order, certified check or cash within 15 days from the date of the notification.
  3. If delinquency amount is not paid within the above stated time frame, student(s) will be not be permitted to attend school until the delinquency is cured.
  4. If more than one delinquency occurs, payment for the remaining amount due will be required to continue the student’s enrollment.
  5. The family must make an appeal regarding tuition delinquencies in writing.
  6. Any appeals regarding tuition delinquencies policies will be forwarded to the School Finance Committee for review and recommendation.
